The Randolph County Progress Committee is a 501 non-profit organization incorporated to oversee economic and community development efforts for Randolph County. President John Kennedy once said that the rising tide lifts all ships in the harbor. With that in mind, the Progress Committee's mission is to increase the wealth of our community by creating jobs, while preserving the culture and quality of our lives.

Our greatest assets are the people of Randolph County … good people who support and enjoy their way of life.

We labor hard at our work and take pride in our community festivals and celebrations.

Our workforce is trained and loyal. Whether operating an automatic machining center in Red Bud or a pasta line in Steeleville, forming metal in Sparta, serving retail customers in Chester, Percy, Prairie du Rocher, Coulterville, or Tilden, or tending a farm field in our beautiful county, we understand that our efforts make our businesses and communities successful. The result is an ideal setting in which we live and work.

From forts to ports, pristine hills, wildlife, our waterways and recreation areas, and the enduring charm of our cities and villages, Randolph County has something to offer everyone.
